Experienced IT executive with a career spanning government digital infrastructure, international IT distribution and enterprise cloud transformation. Based in Chisinau, Moldova, operating across Eastern Europe and the CIS region.

Starting in public-sector legal and strategy roles, Alexandr helped shape Moldova’s national e-government framework — drafting legislation for digital signatures, electronic document flow and secure government networks. This foundation gave him a rare dual perspective: understanding both the technical architecture and the policy environment that governs it.

Across 12 years leading Softline Moldova and now as General Manager of Noventiq Moldova, he has built high-performing teams, managed partner ecosystems with global vendors including Microsoft, Cisco, VMware and IBM, and driven measurable cloud and security adoption in enterprises across the country.

Today his focus is on AI-driven transformation — helping Moldovan and regional businesses adopt Microsoft Copilot, automate workflows and extract strategic value from cloud platforms.

Built the Moldovan subsidiary from the ground up — legal entity, sales team, marketing department, logistics and partner network. Launched an Authorised Training Centre. Managed relationships with 10+ global vendors: Microsoft, Cisco, VMware, Symantec, McAfee, NetApp, IBM, DELL EMC, Autodesk and others. Grew the business into the leading IT distributor in Moldova.
